Ako nije Borovo, nije borosana
Dragi moji, moram se pohvalit! Položila sam ANATOMIJU. To je bio razlog moje šutnje… još jedan ispit i gotovo…
Dear people, I passed Anatomy… That is the reason I couldn't write, one more exam and I'm done!
Danas sam odlučila posvetiti anatomskoj obući, i to mojoj najdražoj: Borosanama! Ili ih voliš ili mrziš, ali nekad davno nisi mogao birati. I bile su samo dvije opcije, plava ili bijela. To je bio dio radne uniforme. Borosane su izbačene na socijalističko tržište kao medicinska i ortopedska obuća, ženske radne cipele koje su se prodavale pod reklamnim sloganom 'Rad je odmor cijelog dana u obući borosana'.
Mogli smo ih vidjeti na nogama medicinskih sestara, konobarica po raznim birtijama ili čistačica. One su bile obavezan dio radne uniforme niza zanimanja na području cijele bivše Juge. To se zvalo higijensko-tehnička zaštita u duhu socijalističkog žargona. I tko bi reko da će danas otvoreni prsti i peta biti hit, i da će ih mnoštvo kopirati! Da da, naše borosane iz tvornice Borovo iz Vukovara. Lacosteova verzija je jako, jako slična (identična!).

Kao što su i startasice doživjele drastičan make-over tako su i borosane prestale biti omražene socijalističke cipele te postale, bar meni super dodatak, a uz to stvarno su udobne… Prošlo ljeto sam dosta putovala, i svugdje su uz mene bile borosane, bio je to projekt: Borosanom po Europi :D
Najviše su reakcija izazvale u Tunisu i Italiji… Pogotovo Italiji, cure su shvatile da sam strankinja, al su bile prilično očite: „Guarda, guarda le scarpe“…

These are original Croatian shoes, made in socialism as part of the uniform for waitress, cleaning lady and nurse... They had a makeover and a lot of big brands copied them. I love them, they look great and they are healthy for your feet!

I tapped the automatic translater, and how ever it's a crappy translation, I was able to read it. It's so funny to read what for these shoes first were used for. They turned out amazing, I love the last picture!
